About the Event
Asians have been assualted, harrassed, and become victims of various hate crimes during COVID-19. President Trump has called the coronavirus a "Chinese Virus" fueling the flames. In this session, we want to address how to manage the stigma of being Asian during COVID-19 and open a safe space for all who've been victims of this to share their stories.
We are opening up a weekly virtual discussion forum to help you get through this challenging time. Bring a cup of tea, find your quiet space away from your close quarter, and open up Zoom to chat with us!
We are bringing on Darlina Liu, a medical student at the NYU School of Medicine with special interest in mental health to moderate the discussion.
