We want to provide our members access to the vibrant life within the Asian American community.

Crushing the Myth is an Asian American speaker series. The Mission of Crushing The Myth is to (1) Share Asian American stories and perspectives with a global audience AND (2) connect Asian Americans and allies to each other.

MUSEUM OF CHINESE IN AMERICA
Founded in 1980, the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) is dedicated to preserving and presenting the history, heritage, culture and diverse experiences of people of Chinese descent in the United States. The greatly expanded MOCA at 215 Centre Street is a national home for the precious narratives of diverse Chinese American communities, and strives to be a model among interactive museums.
CHINA INSTITUTE
China Institute advances a deeper understanding of China through programs in education, culture, art, and business. China Institute is the go-to resource on China—from ancient art to today’s business landscape and its rapidly shifting culture. Our programs, school, and gallery exhibitions bring to life the depth, complexity and dynamism of China.

Slant’d is an independent media company that celebrates Asian American identity through personal storytelling.
Founded in 2017, Slant’d started as a way to creatively untangle the complexity of being Asian American. By empowering real people to share real stories, Slant’d provides a refreshing take on the Asian American narrative and sparks an intersectional dialogue that breaks boundaries between assumption and reality.
BANANA MAGAZINE
Birthed in Chinatown NYC, Banana strives to navigate through the blurred Eastern and Western boundaries and create a voice for contemporary Asian culture. We want to use the magazine as a platform to feature, celebrate, and join the conversation with Asian creatives in a journey to define our collective identity.
